At Finca La Moncloa, south of Madrid, the oil is produced from the Arbequina and Picual olive varieties in organic quality. The olives are harvested once a year, when the fruit has reached its optimal ripeness. The olives are cold-pressed with the utmost care right on site at the finca. Thanks to this gentle processing, the olive oil retains its characteristic flavor and valuable nutrients – a promise of quality that is the top priority at ART OF OIL.
