For more than 150 years, the production of THEO vinegars has followed the guidelines of the brewhouse code “ACETUM 1868 GERMANITUS,” which sets out purity, naturalness, and craftsmanship. Without technical additives, colorings, or artificial flavors, THEO creates a vinegar of pure quality that is refined in a unique way through slow fermentation. The raw materials come from regional cultivation, and processing directly on site guarantees freshness and short transport routes – values that are reflected in the quality and taste of the vinegars.
